When Georgeta was just a young child her family lived in China where her father, Richard Antonio Ulyseus Harvey, was a British Ambasador. His job was to teach the Chinese soldiers how to sail the Yangzte river. Georgeta and her sister, Carmen were raised by her mother, Elva, with the help of a house nanny.

After graduation Georgetta and a friend decided to sign up with a modeling company just for fun and to earn extra money. Who knew that Georetta would make that her career for the next several years.
